Fazil Nagar town to be renamed as Pawagarh: UP CM

KUSHINAGAR (UP): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday announced that Fazil Nagar town here will be renamed Pawagarh in honour of Jain Tirthankar Lord Mahavir.

Adityanath said this while at a government function in Fazil Nagar, where 278 development projects worth over Rs 424 crore were dedicated.

Certificates, sanction letters, and cheques were also distributed to beneficiaries of various government welfare schemes.
